1) Shopping at ChicCity is 100% SECURE.
Shopping at ChicCity is safe and secure. ChicCity has combined with eWay, one of Australia's most reputable payment gateway. eWAY has been processing credit card transactions since 1998, assisting 100's of Australian businesses transact online and is an official e-commerce partner with the following banks;

Ordering over the internet
Ordering over the internet is easy and is a basic 3 step process.

Finding the items you want
Use the left navigation and browse through categories that interest you. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase simply add the item/s to your shopping cart.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
To add an item to your shopping cart simply click on the "Order" button on the items product information page. Once the product is added to your shopping cart, you have the choice to "continue shopping, update cart or to checkout". You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of every page of our Web site.

Checking out
Simply click on the "checking out" link on your shopping cart or on the top of everypage will take you to the checking out process. This is where we will ask for your account details, delivery addresses, confirmations and payment details.

Call 1300 659 468 (between 9am and 7pm EST Weekdays).

3) Do you ship overseas?
No we do not. At present, we will only ship orders within Australia.

4) Can I change my order once it has been placed?
If you contact us before the item is packed and shipped, then you are able to cancel it. If you're order is already packed then a $5 cancellation fee will apply.Unfortunately, if your order is already shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled.

5) Can I exchange an item?
Unless the item is faulty or broken, then unfortunately you cannot. So please choose your item carefully
